well, 2009 is off to a... wet start here in Bogotá. I remind myself it's not snow. January being a slow month for musicians (I'm probably not supposed to say that because it doesn't make for good commercial copy but it's true.), some of the Xumapaces got together to learn somebody else's material for a change. We entered a contest! Weeeeeeeee! Haven't done that since... jeez, I can't remember when. In any case, the Spanish band "Presuntos Implicados" has taken a page out of "Iron Maiden's" book (I'm not kidding) and are looking for Latin American artists who can climb up on stage with them during their LA tour and sing one of the songs from their new album.
